Ensure AKQA attracts and retains top talent across disciplines including UX, Creative, Delivery, Strategy, Client Services, and Technology. Lead comprehensive hiring processes, maintaining a balance of quality, speed, and candidate experience for both permanent and freelance positions. Adhere to our recruitment processes and efficiently manage all administrative aspects related to recruitment in Greenhouse (ATS), including candidate communications, interview scheduling, and offer preparations. Build strong, value-added relationships with colleagues and hiring managers at all levels of seniority. Identify and connect with exceptional external talent and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the job market. Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping, and network engagement. Work across the EMEA region, targeting talent from diverse markets; experience in hiring within Europe and/or MENA is highly valued. Utilize AI effectively to enhance hiring decisions, streamline processes, and unlock deeper talent insights while preserving the human element. Drive operational efficiencies to minimize time-to-hire while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers. Act as a positive ambassador for AKQA, both internally and externally. Promote the AKQA brand within the marketplace and broader talent communities. Seek opportunities to reduce recruitment costs without compromising service levels and quality.

Role overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager (Fixed-Term Contract) will play a key role in shaping the future of AKQA’s London studio. The focus extends beyond filling vacancies: this position involves refining how the studio attracts, evaluates, and retains talent in a competitive market. The scope covers a wide range of creative and technical roles.

What you will do

  • Source and engage candidates across creative, product, and technology fields
  • Advise senior stakeholders with market insights and tailored hiring strategies
  • Develop and implement creative recruitment approaches
  • Represent the AKQA brand in all candidate interactions, ensuring alignment with company values
  • Adapt talent strategies as industry needs change, including skills related to AI and new technologies

Contract details

  • Fixed-term contract for 6 to 9 months
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite at the Farringdon studio
  • Based in London
