Required Qualifications:Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or IT.3 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 Technologies. ITIL v4 and M365 Fundamentals certifications are advantageous. Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, specifically deploying applications to Windows, iOS, and Android devices. Experience in supporting M365 users. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines with quality output. Knowledge of IT networking for troubleshooting first-level networking issues. Strong IT skills in MS Windows, M365, desktop hardware, and network environments. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Results-driven and independent mindset. Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule based on business needs. Ability to work in a non-deskbound role and travel to multiple sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Offer expert advice on the effective utilization of all Microsoft 365 applications.
  2. Provide comprehensive support for M365 applications, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Teams Telephony, OneDrive, Defender, Intune/Autopilot, Office Suite, SharePoint Online, and other M365 core services.
  3. Ensure high-quality technical support for online meetings, optimizing the video conferencing experience and managing various conferencing devices.
  4. Lead troubleshooting efforts, coordinating with external vendors and support teams as necessary.
  5. Administer tasks in Azure Active Directory, including managing user/groups, security permissions, and monitoring system events.
  6. Collaborate with the service desk and other teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  7. Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for products and services.
  8. Conduct training sessions for employees on M365 applications, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  9. Support Windows operating systems and desktop/laptop software/hardware, providing remote assistance and coordinating with support vendors to ensure timely updates and project support.
