Your daily responsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve tickets across every layer of the network stack. Manage and provide support for intricate customer networks, primarily in a remote capacity. Identify and document product bugs, presenting clear reproduction steps for escalation. Develop well-structured feature requests based on genuine customer needs.
