Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Lead the comprehensive onboarding process for high-value enterprise merchants, managing complex API/SFTP integrations and platform configurations from initiation to go-live. Develop, document, and standardize effective SOPs and onboarding frameworks to guarantee that every launch is efficient, compliant, and scalable. Act as the primary strategic partner for new merchants, providing impactful in-store training and dedicated 'hypercare' support to foster long-term relationships. Collaborate with Product, Tech, Sales, and Operations teams to eliminate obstacles and optimize the merchant journey through expert stakeholder management. Identify potential friction points in the onboarding process and lead initiatives for product or process enhancements to minimize time-to-launch and improve catalog efficiency.

Bolt is seeking a Stores Onboarding Manager for Grocery & Retail to guide enterprise merchants through a smooth start on our marketplace. This role is based in Tallinn, Estonia and centers on helping grocery and retail partners succeed from their first day on the platform.

Role overview

The Stores Onboarding Manager oversees the entire onboarding journey for new merchants. Each launch should be seamless, efficient, and delivered on schedule. The position involves refining and standardizing onboarding practices, as well as introducing new product solutions to improve the merchant experience.
