About Valon
Valon is pioneering the AI-driven operating system for regulated finance, initially focusing on mortgage servicing. As a Series C company backed by a16z, we are redefining industries previously deemed too intricate for innovation. Instead of relying on outdated legacy systems, we've established our own mortgage servicing enterprise, managing over $110 billion in loans. This hands-on experience has equipped us with the insights necessary to develop software that excels in highly regulated sectors.
The results are evident. We have revolutionized mortgage servicing, transforming it from a 0% margin business to one boasting over 60% margins while significantly enhancing customer satisfaction. Major enterprise contracts are now being rolled out across the industry.
Our unified platform, ValonOS, streamlines processes and is ideally suited for the AI era. With all operations interconnected through one comprehensive system enriched with data, our AI agents can not only automate various tasks but also drive continuous operational improvements. Mortgage servicing is just the beginning of our expansive vision to revolutionize regulated industries and beyond.
