About the Role

We are in search of a passionate and skilled Solutions Engineer Lead to join our post-sales team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure client success by driving implementation, fostering product adoption, maintaining operational excellence, and enhancing our product experience. Acting as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and product development, you will enable clients to maximize the value of our solutions while influencing the evolution of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers (Product Experts), nurturing a culture of technical expertise, collaboration, and client focus.

  • Establish performance benchmarks, implement best practices, and guide the team in delivering scalable solutions.

  • Foster cross-functional alignment by advocating for the role of Solutions Engineering across Sales, Support, AI Operations, and Product teams.

  • Collaborate across functions to oversee the launch of new products, ensuring successful rollouts within internal teams and to clients.

  • Guarantee operational readiness for product launches, addressing any challenges proactively.
