About the Role
We are in search of a passionate and skilled Solutions Engineer Lead to join our post-sales team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure client success by driving implementation, fostering product adoption, maintaining operational excellence, and enhancing our product experience. Acting as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and product development, you will enable clients to maximize the value of our solutions while influencing the evolution of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers (Product Experts), nurturing a culture of technical expertise, collaboration, and client focus.
Establish performance benchmarks, implement best practices, and guide the team in delivering scalable solutions.
Foster cross-functional alignment by advocating for the role of Solutions Engineering across Sales, Support, AI Operations, and Product teams.
Collaborate across functions to oversee the launch of new products, ensuring successful rollouts within internal teams and to clients.
Guarantee operational readiness for product launches, addressing any challenges proactively.
