Your Role as a Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a technical authority and a trusted advisor, guiding our customers towards successful implementation of Rootly. Your role will involve:

  • Leveraging your technical expertise to facilitate customer implementations and demonstrations.
  • Creating best practices and developing content related to Incident Management and On-Call processes.
  • Collaborating with Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure the customer's voice is represented and to drive continuous improvement of our products.
  • Engaging directly with customers on technical matters, including REST APIs, webhooks, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
