Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage complex IT contracts, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Organize and lead teams engaged in various technical roles.
- Provide administrative and technical guidance to staff; authorized to recruit, hire, and manage personnel.
- Coordinate assigned task orders and ensure compliance with project schedules.
- Implement enhanced procedures and controls to meet production and service delivery standards.
- Regularly update customer representatives on personnel status and project activities.
- Address technical and administrative inquiries from customer representatives.
- Maintain continuous evaluation and improvement processes, working independently.
