Role Overview: Senior Workday ATS Engineer

Based in San Jose, California, the Senior Workday ATS Engineer joins the Enterprise Engineering team to strengthen Roku’s Talent Acquisition technology. This position focuses on configuration strategy, automation, integration, and ongoing validation for the Workday Recruiting platform. The role requires deep expertise in Workday Recruiting and ATS systems, along with strong engineering skills to manage configuration, data, and testing for a high-volume hiring environment.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee Workday Recruiting, Advanced Recruiting, and Candidate Experience (Career Site)
  • Manage the ATS technology stack, including HiredScore, Paradox, and iCIMS integration
  • Support Talent Acquisition processes, onboarding workflows, and recruiting analytics/reporting
  • Develop scalable automated solutions to improve recruitment operations
  • Maintain quality, compliance, and data integrity across the Workday Recruiting ecosystem
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience and efficient recruitment as Roku continues to grow

Compensation and Benefits

California applicants: The estimated annual salary for this position is $132,600 to $191,250. Compensation depends on skills, certifications, and location. This role includes health insurance, equity awards, life and disability insurance, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
