Reports To: EMEA Senior Director of Enterprise Sales

NETGEAR is on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Senior Territory Account Manager to bolster our growing Commercial AV Channel Business. This pivotal role is integral to our strategic drive to enhance sales of our premier IP networking switching and wireless products within the AV domain, spanning Commercial AV, rental, live events, audio, and broadcast sectors.

As a vital member of our energetic and fast-paced EMEA sales team, you will be key in propelling business growth by forging robust relationships with leading AV integrators, collaborating with consultants, and directly engaging with major end customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and manage relationships with top-tier commercial AV business partners and distributors. Contribute to quarterly growth by establishing a strong local AV business through partner engagement and management, focusing on solution selling.

  • Identify, develop, train, and manage a strategic set of channel accounts (integrators, distributors, consultants, end customers) to drive the growth of our AV channel business in alignment with corporate objectives, while collaborating with team members to achieve precise goals and strategies.

  • Recruit and cultivate new partner relationships to drive recurring NETGEAR business, emphasizing impactful face-to-face customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with the team to review and enhance the distribution channels, onboarding value-added distributors/sub-distributors in key verticals to develop a robust project business pipeline.

  • Manage existing partner accounts and identify key AV channel partners to increase share of wallet across all product categories.

  • Identify specialist channel partners to accelerate the adoption of specific NETGEAR products, particularly Wireless Access Points and Managed Switches.
