The Role of Senior Technical Recruiter
We are in search of a Senior Technical Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent for our engineering team, focusing on delivering exceptional products. This position calls for a dynamic and results-oriented individual capable of cultivating talent pipelines across various software engineering disciplines (AI, ML, Fullstack, Backend, and Infrastructure Engineers, etc.). During this period of rapid growth at Peregrine, we require a skilled recruiter who can creatively and effectively identify outstanding engineers and facilitate their onboarding through a comprehensive recruitment process. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with both active and passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques across diverse channels.
- Reviewing resumes and conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborating with fellow recruiters and hiring managers to enhance recruitment efficiency and foster innovation.
- Maintaining relationships with high-potential candidates through regular engagement.
