As a Senior Talent Manager, you will take the lead in managing the professional careers of 6-10 talents in the dynamic Entertainment industry. Your mission will be to align their career aspirations with exciting opportunities while fostering their professional growth.
In this senior role, you will primarily work with well-established clients and have the expertise to secure lucrative commercial opportunities, while also managing some developing talents.
You may have the support of an assistant or coordinator to help manage your roster effectively once your capacity reaches its peak.
Your role will also involve contributing to broader departmental and company strategies, creating opportunities for the team, and sharing critical industry insights.
With established relationships across the Entertainment industry, you will expertly liaise between talent and external stakeholders, effectively managing conflicts and crises as they arise.
You will work towards achieving financial and creative targets that not only enhance your clients’ careers but also contribute to your own growth as a Senior Talent Manager.
As you consistently exceed objectives, you may have the opportunity to advance to a Talent Director position.
