As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating revenue by selling our innovative tutoring solutions to English primary schools, secondary schools, and multi-academy trusts. You will benefit from a steady stream of inbound leads generated through our strategic go-to-market channels, but we also expect you to proactively prospect daily to engage with a broader market of schools, ensuring that we extend our support to as many students as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage your sales pipeline throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Surpass activity, prospecting, conversion, and revenue objectives.
  • Expand the sales pipeline to attract new customers.
  • Enhance key metrics such as pitch-to-rate, conversion rate, average sale value, and contract length.
  • Maintain an ongoing feedback loop with the team, providing suggestions for product enhancements to bolster our market standing.
  • Utilize essential tools meticulously, including the TSL platform, Salesforce (CRM), Reply (sales automation), Aircall, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Zoom.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in your territory.
  • Establish yourself as an expert on Third Space Learning and the competitive landscape.
  • Represent Third Space Learning professionally to our customer base.
  • Participate in national events to drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility.
  • As the company grows, contribute to training and onboarding new team members.
