About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Senior Recruitment Business Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team and play a vital role in the expansion of our APAC (Commercial, Operations & Staff) teams. As a Senior Recruitment Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with hiring teams to identify, attract, and onboard elite talent, significantly influencing the future growth of our organization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for the APAC region while utilizing your regional expertise to manage talent acquisition efforts across broader APAC markets.
- Make a substantial impact by sourcing and building a long-term pipeline of top candidates, thereby enhancing the APAC team.
- Serve as a primary talent advisor to leadership and HR business partners, shaping recruitment strategies that improve talent quality across APAC.
- Ensure high standards of hiring by translating recruitment data and market intelligence into actionable insights for hiring managers, promoting a data-informed decision-making culture.
- Oversee the candidate experience from initial contact with Adyen to offer management.
- As a member of the global recruitment team, share best practices and market intelligence to elevate the broader team’s capabilities beyond APAC.
