We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who is based on the West Coast and can travel to our San Francisco office as required. Role Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our project management team. You will be the primary contact for all projects, collaborating closely with the account team and acting as a liaison for our development teams, which include strategic, creative, technology, operations, accounting, and administrative services. Your role will encompass overseeing the end-to-end project development process while ensuring adherence to established business protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently lead projects while occasionally mentoring an Assistant Project Manager (APM).
  • Manage complex projects and a comprehensive portfolio of business.
  • Take an active role in decision-making related to project processes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Process Management:

  • Comprehend the workflows of each functional area to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee project development from inception to completion, maintaining high standards.
  • Prepare for med/legal submissions and follow client guidelines meticulously.
  • Evaluate the necessity of deviating from established processes when required.
  • Verify quality checks before project handover to the Account Team.
  • Generate project status documents to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Facilitate daily and weekly production meetings.
  • Maintain project management systems and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.

Timeline Management:

  • Establish project milestones and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all project components.
