About The Role
We are seeking a passionate Senior Product Solutions Analyst who excels at tackling complex challenges, is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences, and is eager to expand their skill set. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through EliseAI’s platform, with your insights directly informing our technical solutions and product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Tier 2 technical support to clients through Zendesk, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and processes.
