Role Overview: Senior Product Manager - AI and Risk Intelligence
The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of Ncontracts' vendor discovery, marketplace, and data partner signal layer within the AI-powered Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. This role focuses on building and refining the risk intelligence capabilities that help financial institutions identify, assess, and monitor vendors in real time.
This is a key individual contributor position for someone who brings deep product management experience, a strong data mindset, and a drive to create impactful solutions at the intersection of AI, third-party risk, and live data. The work involves designing new experiences from the ground up, not just managing an existing backlog.
What You Will Do
- Define how financial institutions discover and evaluate potential vendors through Ncontracts' platform.
- Shape the marketplace experience, including how partners are surfaced and ranked for reliability.
- Oversee data partner integrations that feed into a near real-time risk signal layer, enhancing platform intelligence.
- Collaborate with a skilled, supportive product team and contribute to shared product capabilities.
- Engage directly with customers to understand needs and improve product quality.
- Influence product development practices across the team, not just within your immediate scope.
What We Look For
- Significant product management experience, especially in data-driven or AI-powered products.
- Comfort working independently and taking ownership of new product areas.
- Experience or interest in third-party risk, vendor management, or GRC platforms is valuable.
- Hands-on curiosity about AI tools and technologies (such as Claude Code, Replit, Devin, Cursor, or similar).
- Forward-thinking mindset and a desire to explore how AI can transform product management and development.
