As our Senior Principal – Leadership Programs, you and your direct report will immerse yourselves in understanding the complexities of our organization, its culture, and the needs of our employees and leaders. With this foundational knowledge, you will design and lead an extensive, multimodal suite of customized leadership programs and tools, from concept through implementation. This could encompass the establishment of leadership academies, development initiatives, 360° feedback coaching, succession planning, and more, all aimed at fostering a thriving leadership culture.
