Key Responsibilities:Market Execution & Site Pipeline ManagementMaintain portfolio visibility through Occupier, ensuring accurate documentation, critical date tracking, and deal pipeline management across active markets. Conduct comprehensive diligence on trade areas, demographics, traffic patterns, and financial metrics to assess potential locations. Manage and actively oversee a deal pipeline across designated markets using Occupier. Prepare business cases, site evaluation reports, and financial summaries for internal review. Conduct site tours and support due diligence processes alongside cross-functional partners. Deal Negotiation & Lease AdministrationNegotiate new leases, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams. Draft deal term sheets, Letters of Intent (LOIs), and financial summaries to facilitate internal approvals. Ensure portfolio visibility through Occupier, maintaining accurate records and tracking critical dates across active markets. Coordinate internal review and approval workflows to facilitate timely deal execution.

The Senior Manager, Real Estate is pivotal in driving Studs’ national retail growth strategy. This role encompasses market research, site selection, lease negotiations, and portfolio management across various markets, effectively translating strategic vision into disciplined execution.

As the hands-on lead for deal-making, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Store Development, and Retail Operations to assess opportunities, negotiate leases, and manage a dynamic pipeline. This position is designed for a commercially astute real estate professional who can adapt swiftly to leadership guidance while also establishing and upholding the necessary infrastructure for consistent, scalable growth.

Moreover, this role will enhance Studs’ standing in the retail real estate community by forging trustworthy relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers in key U. S. markets.
