The Senior Manager, Real Estate is pivotal in driving Studs’ national retail growth strategy. This role encompasses market research, site selection, lease negotiations, and portfolio management across various markets, effectively translating strategic vision into disciplined execution.
As the hands-on lead for deal-making, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Store Development, and Retail Operations to assess opportunities, negotiate leases, and manage a dynamic pipeline. This position is designed for a commercially astute real estate professional who can adapt swiftly to leadership guidance while also establishing and upholding the necessary infrastructure for consistent, scalable growth.
Moreover, this role will enhance Studs’ standing in the retail real estate community by forging trustworthy relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers in key U. S. markets.
