Join apna, a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, as we seek a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to spearhead comprehensive hiring initiatives across our Tech/Product and Non-Tech (Sales, Ops, Support) teams. In a fast-paced growth environment, this pivotal role demands exceptional partnership with stakeholders, adept leadership skills, and the capability to manage high-volume hiring processes while ensuring quality and consistency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, establishing goals, processes, and review cycles.
  • Oversee end-to-end hiring across technical, product, sales, operations, and business divisions.
  • Develop and nurture robust relationships with Founders, CXOs, and department heads.
  • Monitor funnel metrics, demand forecasting, and workforce planning dashboards.
  • Execute innovative sourcing strategies, referral initiatives, and employer branding efforts.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Heads and Finance on headcount planning and budgeting.
  • Ensure high quality-of-hire while effectively managing volume, speed, and candidate experience.

  • Strong execution capabilities in both technical and business hiring.
