- Empower your team to master technical complexities, identify critical use cases, and design impactful proof of concepts.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the ongoing success and growth of the Solutions Architect team.

Sales Excellence / Databricks Consumption:
- Drive sales target achievements in your region by guiding the Solutions Architect team in qualifying use cases and showcasing technical expertise.
- Lead your team to establish themselves as trusted advisors throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- Guide your team to excel in technical qualifications, proof of concepts, architecture discussions, product demonstrations, and implementation planning.
- Play a vital role in securing technical victories in complex sales cycles.
Customer Success and Value Delivery:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by enabling them to leverage Databricks solutions, delivering significant value to their operations.
