We craft impactful programs that breathe life into our brand through meticulously designed events, targeted campaigns, and high-level executive interactions, ultimately enhancing pipeline growth and fortifying relationships within the digital asset ecosystem.We are in search of a Senior Field Marketing Manager who will spearhead demand generation initiatives across North America, directly reporting to the Manager of Americas Field Marketing. This role, based in New York City, will closely collaborate with regional sales leadership to devise and implement effective marketing strategies aimed at private sector organizations in the U.S. and both public and private sector clients in Canada.Key Responsibilities:Formulate and execute regional demand generation strategies that stimulate pipeline growth in the U.S. and Canadian markets.Work in tandem with regional sales leadership to identify key accounts, target segments, and strategic marketing avenues.Design and implement high-impact field marketing programs, including executive roundtables, customer events, industry conferences, and focused campaigns.Collaborate with product marketing, digital marketing, communications, and events teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that align with regional business objectives.Oversee and assess marketing programs that yield qualified leads, expedite deals, and contribute to revenue growth.Identify opportunities to enhance engagement with financial institutions, crypto companies, and other private sector organizations across North America.Transform market insights and customer feedback into actionable marketing strategies and messaging.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data and KPIs to refine and optimize regional marketing initiatives.
