Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

What is the role about?

We are in search of a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to deliver comprehensive HR support and guidance to our vital Customer Service Automation line of business. You will be an integral part of a vibrant, global HR team, engaging in both strategic and operational aspects of HR, including fostering organizational culture, optimizing structures for impact, leading change initiatives, coaching leaders, and enhancing HR practices. The successful candidate will demonstrate robust communication skills and business insight, effectively collaborating with leaders across our global network. This role may also involve leading key projects as part of various NiCE global initiatives.

How will you contribute?
  • Collaborate with senior management and HR colleagues to formulate and execute HR strategies and solutions.
  • Partner with the Director of Human Resources and business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Oversee comprehensive change management initiatives, including design and implementation, particularly during PMI work on acquisitions.
  • Provide coaching and support to front-line managers and senior leaders.
  • Evaluate training needs within assigned business units and conduct tailored training sessions.
  • Analyze business metrics related to retention and employee experience to recommend actionable improvements.
  • Consult with business and finance teams on headcount planning and management.
  • Assist with compensation strategies, including salary planning and job re-leveling.
  • Address sensitive employee relations issues fairly and effectively.
  • Work closely with business units to develop and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment efforts, including candidate assessment and internal mobility.
