What does this role entail?

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to deliver comprehensive HR support and leadership for our pivotal Customer Service Automation division. You will join a vibrant, enthusiastic, and global HR team in a role that balances strategic insight with hands-on implementation. Your responsibilities will include fostering a positive workplace culture, optimizing organizational structure for peak performance, guiding change management initiatives, coaching leaders, and ensuring HR excellence throughout our operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid understanding of business operations across multiple global locations. You will likely lead projects for various global initiatives within NiCE.

How will you contribute?

  • Collaborate with senior management and the HR team to devise and execute impactful HR strategies.
  • Partner with the Director of Human Resources on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Lead substantial change management efforts, including integration strategies for acquisitions at various stages.
  • Deliver management coaching to both frontline managers and senior executives.
  • Evaluate the training needs of assigned business units and facilitate both individual and group training sessions as necessary.
  • Analyze business metrics related to employee retention and experience to recommend actionable improvements.
  • Work with finance and business units on headcount planning and reporting to manage workforce effectively.
  • Provide guidance on compensation matters, including salary planning and job re-leveling.
  • Address sensitive employee relations issues by collaborating with managers and employees to ensure fair representation of all parties involved.
  • Innovate and implement employee engagement initiatives tailored to the client group’s needs.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts and ensure compliance with internal mobility guidelines.
