Your Future Team
We are on the lookout for a full stack engineer to join our Growth team, primarily focusing on marketing technology. This role places you at the crossroads of product development, data analysis, and marketing efforts – building and supporting the systems that drive our user acquisition, activation, and retention across multiple channels.
While Marketing Technology is a key aspect of this position, you'll also engage significantly in full-stack initiatives within our Growth Product Squad – developing new features, launching experiments, and refining them based on user feedback.
You will collaborate within our cross-functional Growth squad, closely engaging with product, marketing, and data teams. Key responsibilities include:
Enhancing the ways new users discover, trial, and subscribe to Runna.
Executing experiments throughout the user journey, from ad engagement to in-app activation and continued user engagement.
Managing the essential tools and integrations that underpin our marketing and lifecycle communications.
