Together with our engineering leadership, you will uphold engineering excellence and maintain high-quality standards through a culture of continuous improvement. You'll be hands-on, delivering impactful software directly and leading initiatives independently.Your responsibilities will include:Creating robust and scalable software for critical web-based applications.Developing engaging, efficient, and reusable web and mobile sites that enhance our applications.Designing, building, testing, documenting, and maintaining APIs and integrations.Implementing quality control measures through automated testing, pairing, and code reviews.Collaborating with the Product team to translate end-user requirements into effective technical solutions.Documenting technical designs and analyses.Evaluating current system architecture to identify areas for growth and improvement.Building mock-ups or prototypes to explore and troubleshoot new initiatives.Working closely with Product teams and UX designers to ensure top-notch user experiences.Exploring new ideas and emerging technologies to develop prototypes rapidly.Fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the team.
