Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Customer Success Manager position is based in Lisbon, Portugal. This role centers on building and maintaining relationships with executive stakeholders at assigned accounts. The focus is on guiding customers through onboarding, encouraging user adoption, and supporting ongoing engagement. The aim is to help customers reach their goals, retain their business, and uncover new revenue opportunities for Pipedrive.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive-level customers
  • Guide new accounts through onboarding and ensure a smooth start
  • Encourage user adoption and continued engagement with Pipedrive’s platform
  • Learn about each customer’s business needs and suggest practical next steps
  • Showcase product value to increase satisfaction and retention
  • Find and pursue upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Protect and grow annual recurring revenue

Requirements

  • History of achieving high customer satisfaction scores
  • Experience retaining clients and expanding revenue through successful sales
