Expertise in all of BlackSky’s products and services, capable of articulating product value propositions. Proficient in utilizing a state-of-the-art image acquisition and analytics suite, assisting in user education and best practices. Primary contact for customer support inquiries via email and phone; prioritize and resolve escalated customer issues. Collaborate across various internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer inquiries. Monitor customer order progress, cancellations, deliveries, etc. Advocate for customer feedback and use cases to Product, Engineering, and the Customer Success Management team. Identify and report key metrics to stakeholders both internally and externally.

BlackSky is on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to enhance the customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing management (billing, notifications, etc.). As we expand our international portfolio, we need a collaborative team player ready to cover working hours in the Middle East and/or Europe. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to engage effortlessly with both internal and external stakeholders across various organizational levels and cultural backgrounds. You should be customer-focused, enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented.

**Availability Requirement:** Must be available to work from 0100-1200 UTC on Saturdays, and from 2200-1200 UTC on Sundays as part of a 40-hour work week (remaining schedule may be negotiable). This position reports to the Director of Customer Success and is a remote role based in Singapore. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided.
