Oversee Payoneer's Enterprise client relationships at a senior level, understanding clients' business models, payment requirements, and growth avenues. Formulate and implement client retention and growth strategies tailored to various digital commerce sectors (including social streaming, eCommerce, freelancing, and content distribution). Design and execute long-term account strategies in alignment with client business goals, prioritizing opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Negotiate commercial and contractual terms, collaborating with key internal stakeholders to achieve revenue and growth targets. Conduct regular client business reviews to set growth objectives and monitor performance against mutually agreed targets. Assume responsibility for client health by demonstrating accountability, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, ensuring clients receive exceptional support and service. Utilize market, competitive, and proprietary data to inform decision-making, providing a comprehensive view of the client’s status and future prospects. Engage in internal review forums, presenting account plans for approval and garnering support from management and other critical business stakeholders. Identify potential new product and service opportunities, offering strategic insights to product and R&D teams to enhance offerings for long-term growth.
