Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst with ServiceNow expertise to join our dynamic team in the Washington D. C. area. In this pivotal role, you will utilize process improvement methodologies and structured approaches to drive process modernization and enhance quality initiatives, while addressing technical challenges related to the evolving business landscape.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes by mapping and evaluating current state processes, objectives, and steps.
- Identify areas for improvement, and integrate innovative processes with existing frameworks.
- Propose enhancements in processes, quality, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate communication of these changes to Business Systems teams and other key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the documentation of requirements and support the creation and delivery of training programs to facilitate process changes.
