About the Team:
The Growth team is instrumental in executing Fever's business strategy across all markets. We ensure that partner performance meets expectations and accelerate growth on a global scale.
The New Business team specializes in developing attractive commercial proposals to secure fruitful partnerships. We lead upselling and cross-selling efforts, providing demand forecasts, and identifying prime locations for both Fever Originals and significant third-party events.
Our methodology is fundamentally data-driven, from high-level strategic planning to practical execution. This allows us to thoroughly understand Fever’s business model and collaborate effectively with teams across the organization to guide growth in the desired direction.
