POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in managing the organization's accounting functions and general ledger. This position involves assisting with periodic financial close processes, conducting reconciliations, analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to facilitate informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is a proactive strategic thinker who excels in balance sheet reconciliations, internal controls, and compliance. We seek a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and is keen on implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.

This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager.

LAFC operates on a hybrid work model, requiring at least two days in the office each week. Note that this may vary by role, with in-office days determined at the discretion of your supervisor.
