Position Overview
As an Accountant at Hadrian, you will play a crucial role in establishing a robust financial framework within our rapidly expanding manufacturing landscape. This position involves managing specific aspects of the balance sheet and income statement, ensuring a precise and timely month-end close, and collaborating across departments to facilitate comprehensive reporting for leadership, investors, and auditors.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong technical accounting skills, particularly in ASC 606 and manufacturing cost accounting, along with a keen attention to detail and a passion for understanding the underlying reasons for financial results. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and seeks to enhance processes continuously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage specific areas of the company's financials while gaining broad exposure to all balance sheet and income statement items.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of the month-end closing process, including various reconciliations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers on monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting obligations to executive management, investors, and auditors.
  • Develop, document, present, and implement accounting policies, taking ownership of the changes and results of your efforts.
  • Work closely with supply chain, operations, and software development teams to enhance operational efficiency.
