Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of mobile, cross-platform, esports, and real-money gaming clients. Launch and optimize programmatic CTV campaigns to achieve strict CPA, CPI, and ROAS targets. Develop comprehensive account plans, identify growth opportunities, and secure additional budgets through data-driven QBRs. Act as the main strategic consultant for game publishers, educating them on the advantages of CTV for player acquisition and retention. Analyze campaign performance and conversion funnels to derive actionable insights for your clients. Collaborate with sales, product, and AdOps teams to ensure seamless campaign launches and tailored integrations. Guide junior account managers and contribute to the development of best practices for our expanding gaming sector. Utilize AI insights to formulate personalized, data-driven recommendations and reports to help clients stay ahead of industry trends and optimize their Pinterest strategies. Continuously explore and integrate new AI-driven solutions, sharing insights and innovations with clients and the team to enhance outcomes.

As a Senior Account Manager (Gaming) at tvScientific, you will spearhead strategic partnerships with gaming and app clients, drive revenue growth, and ensure client success through our innovative platform.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of essential client accounts, create and implement strategic account plans, and leverage upsell, cross-sell, and retention strategies to increase revenue. Your deep understanding of performance marketing and CTV advertising will enable you to provide exceptional value, surpass revenue goals, and contribute to our company's overall growth.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across a range of digital media platforms, particularly in CTV advertising. Experience in digital media and advertising with a focus on performance marketing principles is essential. Proficiency in Measurement and Attribution Platforms (MMPs) and tools such as Google Analytics and AppsFlyer is also required.
