Role Overview: Sales Solutions Engineer (Sydney)
This role calls for a proactive, results-oriented person who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial setting and consistently meets or exceeds targets.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with the Commercial team to present Checkout.com’s products, solutions, and services to potential clients, supporting efforts to win new business. Act as a key resource for the Sales team on product, payment, regulatory, and technical topics.
- Review merchant requirements and technical specs, match them with Checkout.com APIs and products, and develop solution designs and internal documentation.
- Run product demonstrations, build payment flow presentations, and create proof of concepts tailored to client needs.
- Offer expert advice on Payment Performance metrics, including Acceptance Rate, Fraud Prevention, Tokenization, and a range of Payment Methods.
- Handle all technical communications with merchants from the first conversation through meetings and workshops, continuing until deals are closed.
- Represent Checkout.com’s products for the ANZ region, working with central product leaders to discuss roadmap priorities and market needs.
