- The Sales Operations Manager at Toss is a vital member of the Revenue Operations Tribe.
- Our Sales Operations and Enablement Team is focused on establishing annual, semi-annual, and quarterly sales plans and frameworks to drive revenue growth and secure sustainable development.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Developing and implementing annual, semi-annual, and quarterly sales plans.
- Analyzing Toss's B2B customers to provide data-driven insights and formulate sales strategies.
- Planning and operationalizing systems for CRM and sales operation automation.
- Accurately measuring sales team performance and strategizing to enhance productivity.
We Are Looking For:
- A candidate with over 5 years of experience in sales/execution strategy planning and operations, preferably within a finance organization.
- Ability to define and solve diverse challenges emerging in the sales strategy planning and operational processes with flexible thinking.
- Experience in Sales Operations, sales planning, and direct/indirect sales in a B2B environment is a plus.
- Experience working with global B2B products (Cloud, SaaS, business, and financial solutions) or consulting experience is desirable.
