Join zzazz as a Sales Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients' needs. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the technical pre-onboarding and integration processes for both publishers and demand partners, ensuring seamless and timely go-lives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical pre-onboarding and integration initiatives for partners, ensuring efficient and timely project completions.
- Serve as the technical liaison for the Sales team, facilitating discussions around Ad Exchange connectivity, VAST integrations, SDKs, APIs, and bidding flows (RTB/programmatic).
- Develop and enhance automation scripts and workflows using Python to optimize onboarding and operational tasks.
- Assist in integrating across various environments including display, video, and in-app, with expertise in VAST/VPAID setups and caching strategies.
- Utilize Google Developer Console and browser debugging tools for troubleshooting integration, performance, and delivery issues.
- Conduct API testing, validation, and debugging, ensuring robust functionality and performance.
- Analyze logs and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) data to pinpoint issues related to ad delivery, bidding processes, latency, and fill rates.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, QA, Engineering, Product, and AI/Data teams to resolve partner issues proactively and enhance integrations.
- Diagnose both backend and frontend ad-related issues, offering detailed root-cause analyses.
- Create comprehensive integration guides, troubleshooting playbooks, and best practice documentation for internal teams and external partners.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
- Manage IP-based configurations, including whitelisting and access controls, adhering to security best practices.
