This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, engaging with customers while meeting the physical demands of walking, standing, lifting, and bending. You will also work in varied temperatures, handling food products and common allergens while adhering to safety protocols.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all restaurant zones adhere to Raising Cane’s standards during your shift.
- Leadership: Serve as the manager on duty, responsible for opening and closing the restaurant.
- Financial Accountability: Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Policy Enforcement: Implement Raising Cane’s policies and operational standards diligently.
- Shift Management: Utilise tools and logs to document shift activities and take corrective actions as needed.
- Team Direction: Lead and support crewmembers throughout the shift.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to all customers.
- Employee Recognition: Utilize our reward system to acknowledge and motivate team members.
- Facility Management: Ensure the restaurant’s cleanliness and good operational status.
