Reporting & ERP Lead - an exciting and strategically vital role aimed at establishing a unified financial-analytical ecosystem for our rapidly expanding company. We are growing quickly: more legal entities, more markets, more payment providers, and more products. We need a proactive individual who will not merely 'gather reports' but will develop a comprehensive architecture for financial data at the group level.
Your mission is to create a 'single source of truth' for management decisions: from designing processes in ERP systems to constructing a transparent, automated reporting system that scales seamlessly with our growth.

Your future tasks:
Implementing and enhancing ERP systems
Leading the implementation/setup/scaling of the ERP system.
Designing financial processes: procurement, payments, period closing, reconciliations.
Defining reporting requirements for ERP and influencing solution architecture.
Coordinating work with contractors, integrators, and internal teams.
2. Building a management reporting system
Creating a unified group reporting system.
Developing key dashboards for management, finance, and operations.
Ensuring accuracy, regularity, and timeliness of reporting.
Establishing data logic across various systems.
3. Financial data architecture
Aligning financial, payment, product, and operational data logic.
Building a 'single source of truth' for key metrics.
Ensuring the scalability of the data model.
4. Collaboration with teams and stakeholders
Working closely with legal, tax, treasury, data engineering, and operations teams.
Training teams on new systems and reports.
Providing analytical support for group-level management decisions.
What you need to join us:
5+ years of experience in auditing, consulting, or IT.
Experience in a managerial/lead/head position.
Deep understanding of financial reporting.
Experience in building group management reporting.
Hands-on experience in implementing or scaling ERP systems.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong communication skills.
