Role overview
The Relationship Manager for Startups focuses on supporting and expanding relationships with startup clients. This position provides resources, guidance, and ongoing support to entrepreneurs and finance leaders. Success in this role relies on strong communication, interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of Brex products, and familiarity with the startup world.

- Offer tailored resources and guidance to startup clients
- Apply in-depth product knowledge to help clients achieve their goals
- Build and maintain strong connections with founders and finance leaders
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients navigating the startup ecosystem
Work location and schedule
This position is based in the New York City office. The team works on a hybrid schedule, with at least three coordinated in-office days each week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Employees may also work fully remotely for up to four weeks each year.
