About the job
The Regional Sales Training & Development Leader at ZainTECH plays a central role in strengthening the skills and performance of sales and presales teams throughout the region. This role designs and delivers onboarding, training, and enablement programs, helping teams connect with customers, communicate ZainTECH’s value, and consistently achieve sales targets. Oversight of learning initiatives, content management, and performance reporting are also key aspects of the position.
Main Responsibilities
Onboarding & Induction
- Lead onboarding sessions for new sales and presales hires.
- Train new team members on sales processes, CRM tools (with preference for Salesforce), ZainTECH’s product and service portfolio, proposal templates, bid workflows, and sales governance procedures.
- Track onboarding progress and share completion metrics with Sales Operations leadership.
Product & Solution Enablement
- Work with Business Units, Product Management, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver product and solution training.
- Keep presentations, pitch decks, and customer-facing sales materials updated and accessible.
- Standardize and distribute approved materials for all Business Units, including Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Digital, and Modern Infrastructure.
Learning Program Delivery
- Plan and manage ongoing training sessions covering sales methodologies, presentation skills, objection handling, and related topics.
- Collect and analyze feedback after training sessions, suggesting improvements to the Enablement Manager.
Content & Knowledge Hub Management
- Maintain a centralized repository for sales content (OneDrive, SharePoint, or Enablement Portal).
- Update, standardize, and remove outdated materials in partnership with Marketing and Go-to-Market teams.
- Organize resources by Business Unit, product line, and customer segment for easy access.
Reporting & Feedback
- Monitor participation, completion, and satisfaction rates for enablement programs.
- Identify individuals or teams needing extra coaching and recommend targeted support.
- Compile monthly reports and adoption dashboards for leadership review.
