We are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager for Latin America to join our partner company, TENTENS Tech. TENTENS Tech is dedicated to developing social discovery platforms that serve over 20 million users globally. Their pace and scale are supported by deep expertise in analytics, high-load systems, and performance marketing.

Challenges Awaiting You in This Role: The Latin America region is experiencing rapid growth, leading to an increase in processes and tasks while maintaining consistently high expectations. This position intersects Business Development and Operations: it is crucial to understand business objectives while effectively driving operational processes to achieve stable results.
Your Impact Areas:
Enhancing operational efficiency in the Latin America division: ensuring prompt and quality execution of requests, maintaining discipline in status updates and deadlines.
Providing operational support for BizDev: approving and processing requests from CSMs, overseeing processes, and ensuring compliance with agreements.
Establishing and managing new communication channels in Spanish: ensuring relevance, documenting decisions, and outlining next steps.
Optimizing processes: identifying bottlenecks, proposing and implementing improvements, and standardizing scalable solutions.
