Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Knowledge of current trends in recruitment technology and AI applications is a plus.

Your Role

  • Design and refine scalable recruiting processes that enhance efficiency and deliver an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

  • Create insightful dashboards and reports that provide real-time analysis of recruitment metrics, enabling informed decision-making within the talent acquisition team.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and best practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Oversee the configuration, management, and continuous enhancement of recruitment tools, including our ATS (Ashby) and AI-driven solutions for sourcing, scheduling, and engaging candidates.

  • Lead training initiatives within the recruiting team, developing comprehensive documentation and resources to facilitate the adoption of new tools and processes.

  • Work closely with People, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure that recruiting operations align with broader organizational goals and strategies.

  • Stay abreast of trends in recruitment technology, AI applications, and analytics to drive innovation within our hiring practices.
