Your Role
Design and refine scalable recruiting processes that enhance efficiency and deliver an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Create insightful dashboards and reports that provide real-time analysis of recruitment metrics, enabling informed decision-making within the talent acquisition team.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and best practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Oversee the configuration, management, and continuous enhancement of recruitment tools, including our ATS (Ashby) and AI-driven solutions for sourcing, scheduling, and engaging candidates.
Lead training initiatives within the recruiting team, developing comprehensive documentation and resources to facilitate the adoption of new tools and processes.
Work closely with People, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure that recruiting operations align with broader organizational goals and strategies.
Stay abreast of trends in recruitment technology, AI applications, and analytics to drive innovation within our hiring practices.
