Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in the setup, management, and closeout of projects to ensure successful completion, adhering to WPI’s policies and safety protocols.
  • Participate actively in safety planning and measures for assigned projects.
  • Review contract documents, including scope of work and special provisions, ensuring all team members are informed.
  • Facilitate the procurement of materials, subcontractors, and engineering quotes.
  • Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and shop drawings as required.
  • Support on-site project activities and attend job meetings as necessary.
  • Manage change requests and promptly update project budgets.
  • Compile, review, and report on weekly production metrics.
  • Review weekly job cost reports with the project Foreman and team members.
  • Prepare invoicing and authorize payments for project-related expenses.
