Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in the setup, management, and closeout of projects to ensure successful completion, adhering to WPI’s policies and safety protocols.
- Participate actively in safety planning and measures for assigned projects.
- Review contract documents, including scope of work and special provisions, ensuring all team members are informed.
- Facilitate the procurement of materials, subcontractors, and engineering quotes.
- Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and shop drawings as required.
- Support on-site project activities and attend job meetings as necessary.
- Manage change requests and promptly update project budgets.
- Compile, review, and report on weekly production metrics.
- Review weekly job cost reports with the project Foreman and team members.
- Prepare invoicing and authorize payments for project-related expenses.
