About the Role...

We are seeking a dynamic DSP Partnerships Manager to join our expanding LaunchPAD team. This pivotal position lies at the core of our programmatic initiatives, where you will ensure that our DSP partners receive top-notch service and support, driving growth in prOOH activation, meeting client objectives, and supporting revenue expansion for Bauer Media Outdoor.

As the main point of contact, you'll collaborate with our DSP partners to facilitate commercial discussions and identify new revenue growth opportunities with both specialized OOH DSPs and Omnichannel DSPs, ensuring optimal client outcomes.

In addition to driving programmatic revenue, you will collect insights and feedback to refine our overall programmatic sales strategy and inform future technological advancements, solidifying Bauer Media Outdoor's connection to the broader programmatic ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing...

  • Manage daily communications and nurture strong relationships with DSP contacts (DV360, TTD, Vistar Media, etc.), overseeing partner accounts.
  • Effectively position DOOH as an integral aspect of the digital advertising landscape, articulating its features, advantages, and benefits.
  • Identify opportunities for product development collaborations and work with cross-functional teams to enhance Bauer Media Outdoor's DSP interactions.
  • Develop and implement programmatic DOOH strategies, advocate for new shared clients, and guide clients on the best practices for prOOH.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, collaborate with Customer Success to assess results, and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Negotiate agreements, structure incentives, and drive revenue growth.
