Responsibilities:Lead product development and departmental program planning, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation plans, and estimations to ensure predictable delivery. Quickly analyze substantial data sets to identify complex patterns and relationships, resulting in practical solutions to real business challenges. Proactively anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and make necessary trade-offs. Identify unstructured problems and drive technical and operational improvements, business strategies, and technical solutions across teams. Provide technical contributions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to surface dependencies, risks, mitigation strategies, and refine estimations. Work closely with departments to foster iterative process improvements. Utilize tools and processes to enhance productivity in support of the program. Effectively communicate successes, schedules, priorities, issues, and overall program health to all organizational levels. Create, track, and manage critical paths, identifying and mitigating risks.

As a Program Manager (PgM) at PagerDuty, you will steer large-scale programs and projects to successful completion!
