As a Program Manager (PgM) at PagerDuty, you will steer large-scale programs and projects to successful completion! You will identify stakeholders, establish roadmaps and strategies for the program, lead delivery efforts, report on progress, and uphold quality standards. PgMs adeptly manage complex inter-team dependencies and bridge gaps in technical oversight. You will collaborate with diverse teams across various domains, working effectively with engineers, engineering managers, product managers, customer service teams, and more.
